Met nog 6 weken te gaan komt ons laatste internationale festival snel dichterbij. Met de 20 inschrijvingen die we tot nu hebben ontvangen zal dit een kleiner festival worden maar wel volgens een jaren lange traditie. We hebben ons best gedaan op het festivalprogramma. Er zal een filmprojectie zijn en een galadiner.

The last international film festival organized by us as Dutch filmgroup is only 6 weeks away. We’ve received 20 registrations for the upcoming festival. This means it will be a smaller festival but it will still be lots of fun. As always we do our best to provide an interesting leisure program. There will be a filmprojection and a galadiner.

We hebben ons best gedaan op het festivalprogramma want er waren heel veel leuk dingen om uit te kiezen in en rond Assen. Een aantal dingen die niet in het programma zijn opgenomen maar zeker een bezoekje waard zijn.

We have done our very best to provide a great leisure program for the upcoming festival. There were so many fun and interesting places to chose from in and around Assen. Above is a list of a few things that are not in our leisure program but are surtainly worth visiting.

We zijn begonnen met de voorbereidingen voor het internationale 9,5mm filmfestival van 2019. Wij als Nederlandse club mogen komend jaar het festival organiseren! We hebben ervoor gekozen om het festival in Assen plaats te laten vinden.

Vorige week zijn een aantal bestuursleden afgereisd naar Assen en hebben daar hotels bezocht en informatie ingewonnen voor het leisure programma. Er is genoeg te zien en te doen in Oerprovincie Drenthe dus het beloofd weer een leuk festival te worden.

We’ve started our preparations for the 2019 international 9,5 filmfestival. We as the Dutch group will organize the next festival. We’ve decided to host the festival in Assen.

Assen is a city in the northeastern Netherlands, and is the capital of the province of Drenthe. It received city rights in 1809. Assen is known for TT Circuit Assen, the motorcycle racingcircuit.

Last week some of our members have travelled to Assen in preparation of the festival. The unspoilt nature and an expanse of prehistoric culture make the province of Drenthe a lovely place to visit.
